Jewellery Care Guide

Your sterling silver jewellery is made to last, but it deserves a little care to keep its shine. To clean, soak gently in warm water with a drop of mild soap (like Sunlight liquid). Use a soft toothbrush to remove buildup, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth.

Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering, or exercising, as chlorine, saltwater, and sweat can cause dullness over time. Apply lotions, perfumes, or sprays before putting your jewellery on to prevent residue from settling on the metal or stones.

If you're in Pretoria, you're always welcome to bring your piece to our studio for a professional clean and inspection — free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Made-to-order & custom pieces are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes all bespoke engagement rings, custom redesigns, and personalised items.

Sizing: We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before ordering. We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days on most ready-to-wear rings.
