How much does a custom ring cost?

Engagement rings from R15,000 (lab diamonds) or R18,000+ (natural diamonds). Wedding bands from R4,500. Redesigns from R3,500. We always quote before any commitment.

How long does it take?

Typically 4–6 weeks from design approval. We recommend starting 8+ weeks before your deadline to allow time for revisions.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. We consult in person in Pretoria East or via video call for clients anywhere in South Africa.

What if I don't know what I want?

Most clients don't — and that's perfectly fine. Our consultation process helps you discover exactly what you love. No design experience needed.

Can I bring in my own stone or old jewellery?

Absolutely. We work with family diamonds, previously purchased stones, and old pieces to create something new and meaningful.

What comes with every piece?

Every piece includes a formal valuation certificate, care guide, gift packaging, and complimentary annual cleaning and inspection.

Tailored by Heart was founded by Nadine Westermann – a Mother, Creative Entrepreneur, and Mechanical Engineer with a passion for meaningful design and fine jewellery. Combining technical precision with a natural eye for beauty, Nadine built the brand around the belief that jewellery should be deeply personal and made to tell a story.

Every client receives a free design consultation, photorealistic CAD renders before production, a formal valuation certificate, and complimentary annual cleaning and inspection.
