Step 1 · Bring It In

Bring your piece to us — or send photos to start the conversation. We’ll take a look at what you have, assess the metal and stones, and talk through what’s possible.

Step 2 · The Assessment

We carefully assess the quality of your existing piece — the metal type, stone condition, setting integrity, and overall workmanship. We’ll give you an honest opinion of what can be reused, what should be replaced, and what the transformation might cost.

We believe in full transparency at every step.

Step 3 · Design Together

Once you’re happy to proceed, we design the new piece together. You might want to keep the stone and reimagine the setting, use the gold from an old piece in a completely new design, or combine two pieces into one meaningful creation.

We sketch and render until your vision feels completely right.

Step 4 · Handcrafted with Care

Your redesigned piece is crafted by hand with the same love and attention we give every TBH creation. We treat your existing jewellery with the greatest respect — it holds your memories, and we honour that in every detail.

Step 5 · The Handover

Your transformed piece is returned to you beautifully packaged, with a care guide included. Something old has become something new — and it’s all yours again.
