Looking For Custom Engagement Rings Design?

  • 1. Request a quote

    At your Free Consultation we discuss design ideas, options, budget, and guide you through each step of designing your custom ring. Our designers will make a preliminary estimate and respond within 7-14 business days.

  • 2. Place your Order

    Our designer will create a high resolution render with 3D images of the ring based on the agreed upon specifications and send them for your approval or modifications.

  • 3. Manufacturing your Piece

    Upon receiving your deposit, we begin the manufacturing process. The time between accepting your quote and shipping your completed ring is approximately 2-4 weeks.

FAQ

How long does it take?

Once all the detail has been confirmed, designing takes 7-14 business days. Once you are satisfied with your design, and the deposit is received, we will start manufacturing. A minimum of 15 business days is required for manufacturing, but in the event that we complete the order before the recommended time, we will inform you. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order. We recommend ordering no later than a month in advance if you have a strict timeline.

Can I have my ring resized?

Yes you can. Please see the Tailored By Heart Ring Resizing policy.

Do you supply the necessary certificates for the various gemstones?

Yes, all gemstones bigger than 0.30 carats come with the requisite certification.

Do you also have a physical store?

Tailored By Heart offers a user-friendly and streamlined online service. Our offices are located in Pretoria East where we offer a free consultation based on appointments.
