Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Made-to-order & custom pieces are crafted specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes all bespoke engagement rings, custom redesigns, and personalised items.

Sizing: We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before ordering. We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days on most ready-to-wear rings.
